As you probably already know, I absolutely love my Instant Pots. So much so that, when I was invited to handle their social media, I said yes!
I’ve had my DUO (like the one on offer on Amazon UK for Black Friday) for a year and a half now and use it pretty much daily. In fact, I now have 3 Instant Pots in the house, they’re such a lifesaver. It can even reheat previously homecooked meals straight from frozen to piping hot (see how here).
To think I didn’t even want one. It slow cooks and it pressure cooks (pulses from dry, whole chickens, all-in-one-pastas, tender meat) and then it automatically keeps your food warm for you. It also steams, cooks rice, porridge, yoghurt, it can even proof your bread on the yoghurt function! Oh and did I mention you can make cheesecakes in it? And dulce de leche, and lemon curd…
