Instructions
Place all ingredients in the air fryer basket or tray.
Air fry 3 minutes at 180ºC, followed by another 3 minutes at 205ºC (or your air fryer’s maximum temperature).I used the Instant Vortex which preheats first then counts down. If your air fryer doesn’t preheat, either add a minute or two or just do the max temperature for 6 minutes, add more time at the end if it needs it. Or, if you’re feeling lazy, do the whole thing at the max temperature from the start but do try to shake or move around half way through at least once.
Squeeze each garlic clove out of its skin and stir through or let each person do it, garlic is delicious cooked this way

Serves 2 if in wraps or pita or as a side dish (you can double it, triple it, there’s ton of space for more in bigger air fryer baskets)
