Servings 2people, scale up for as many as you want
Equipment
Instant Pot Duo Crisp
Ingredients
500-600gchicken wingsraw (see notes if you want to cook more)
BBQ Sauceor sauce of your choice, or you could use a dry rub (get creative)
Instructions
Coat the chicken wings in the sauce, use as much sauce as you need for them all to be coated.
Lay the chicken wings on the air fryer basket's tray (like I did) or straight into the basket itself if using more than I did. Air Fryer lid in place. Press Broil (which is set at 204ºC / 400ºF) and programme 16 minutes, press Start.
When the cooker beeps and the display says Turn Food. Turn the chicken wings over. If you have more than I did and you used the basket without the tray, put your silicone mini mitts on, grab the basket by the handles, lift the basket and shake. When you lift the lid the cooker will pause and it will continue where it left off when you put the lid back on.
Check the chicken wings are cooked through at the end of the cooking time. Just add a few minutes if they're not. Same if you want them crispier.
Notes
As I only have done 6-7 chicken wings at a time, I have used the tray on the air fryer basket, you could fit a few more that way but you don't want it to get too crowded nor the wings too close to the lid. If you want to cook a fair few chicken wings, do them straight in the basket without the tray, just bear in mind that the distance and the quantity may mean you need to increase the cooking time but it's easy, just lift the lid to check
