Thermomix Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi (including Thermomix instructions)

A delicious refreshing and super healthy drink

  • Thermomix
  • Blender


  • 1 mango diced, chopped, whatever you can get out of it
  • 550 ml 2 cups milk
  • 125 g ½ cup yoghurt, I used Yeo Valley Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A pinch of turmeric powder or a bit of fresh turmeric optional


  • Place all the ingredients in your blender and whizz them up until you have a smooth drink. In your Thermomix: 1 minute at speed 9 (increase the speed gradually from 5 to 9), get the glasses out while it’s being blended for you, give the kitchen a wipe, then sit down and enjoy.
