Mango Lassi (including Thermomix instructions)
A delicious refreshing and super healthy drink
- 1 mango diced, chopped, whatever you can get out of it
- 550 ml 2 cups milk
- 125 g ½ cup yoghurt, I used Yeo Valley Natural Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- A pinch of turmeric powder or a bit of fresh turmeric optional
Place all the ingredients in your blender and whizz them up until you have a smooth drink. In your Thermomix: 1 minute at speed 9 (increase the speed gradually from 5 to 9), get the glasses out while it’s being blended for you, give the kitchen a wipe, then sit down and enjoy.
