Instructions
Place all ingredients in the inner pot and mix well.
½ red cabbage, 1 red onion, 2 eating apples, ½ teaspoon ground allspice, 1 pinch nutmeg, 1 orange, 12 Juniper berries, 150 ml water, 1 teaspoon vegetable stock paste
Make sure the sealing ring is properly in place and place the lid on.
Press Pressure Cook / Manual and programme 2 minutes, at the end do a Quick Pressure release. If you like it on the softer side, leave it to do an NPR. Want it crunchy? Cook for 1 minute with QPR or even for 0 minutes.

You can also reduce the cooking time should you like it on the crunchy side. 2 minutes with Quick Pressure Release (as soon as I can get to the Instant Pot) is my favourite time.
