Instructions
Add all the ingredients go the inner pot. Stir to mix well. Now may be a good time to check why this recipe works great without added water (just read the blurb above or the notes section of this recipe card).
Make sure the sealing ring is properly in place before locking the lid in (and the rim of the cooker free of debris) and the steam release sealed.
Pressure cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, 3 minute quick pressure release (this means manually releasing the steam trapped inside 3 minutes after it finishes pressure cooking, don't worry if it's not 3 minutes exactly).
Notes
This recipe works in the pressure cooker without added liquid because mushrooms release a lot of liquid as they cook so that means the cooker is able to reach pressure. But also because yours is in really good shape, right? Your sealing ring is in place properly, the rim of the cooker is free of debris, your inner pot is in great shape... right?
