Instructions
Wrap a camembert cheese in parchment paper or place in a Camembert Baker. Place 250 ml water in the inner pot, put the trivet in place with the camembert parcel on top.
Using Greaseproof Paper? Pressure Cook, high pressure, 10 minutes, wait 10 minutes after it finishes cooking and do a QPR (there usually is no steam left to release). Using a Camembert Baker? Do 12 minutes with 12 minutes NPR if using a Camembert Baker as the heat will need to get through. If using a baker feel free to add flavours (see note below).
Unwrap or remove from the camembert baker. Wipe any extra moisture with kitchen paper and transfer to a plate.
Cut a cross on it for access and dip your favourite bread or a spoon. Up to you if you share
