These loaded air fryer nachos are crispy, cheesy, and ridiculously easy! No need to preheat the oven, just layer up your favourite toppings (we like chilli!), pop them in the air fryer and snack away. Ready in minutes and perfect for sharing (or not!)
The key to loaded nachos is a double layer! Start with a layer of tortilla chips or Doritos to your chosen dish or pan or air fryer liner (if using a liner, do it straight in the air fryer).
Then add a then a layer of Chilli.
Then a layer of cheese of your choice (including vegan cheese).
Then repeat with another layer of tortilla chips, then the chilli then finish with lots of cheese.
Air fry for 4 minutes at 180ºC (355 F for those of you in the United States), add 2 minutes for air fryers that count down immediately like the Ninjas.
