40ggreen pepperor red pepper if you don’t like green or how it makes your tummy feel after, I use red due to the latter

2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
4tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil50 g, you can add less and even avoid altogether

Instructions
Thermomix Instructions
Add all ingredients to the Thermomix bowl: 30 seconds speed 5.
Then 3 minutes speed 10.
Don’t have a thermomix?
Use your blender to blitz until smooth. You may find that you need to sieve it. You won't need to with the Thermomix as it'll blitz the whole tomato.
Serve chilled. Keeps nicely in the fridge for when you want some. You can serve it with ice cubes. At home it was never a soup that you eat with a spoon, you sip it really. Served in a bowl or a glass.
Notes
You can use any blender to blitz this delicious, refreshing gazpacho, go on try it! The more powerful the better, that's why I use the Thermomix
